What is the Actual Truth About this Incident? : Fact

The truth is that this is an old video from Syria, showing the October 2015 ISIS-inflicted death of Syrian army soldier Fadi Amr al-Zaydan in Homs city. It is unrelated to Yemen or the Houthi. We visited rudaw.net, which published an article on this incident on October 25, 2015 with the headline “ISIS executes Syrian Army soldier by tank”. It added “ERBIL, Kurdistan Region — Islamic State militants released new video footage on Saturday purportedly showing a Syrian army soldier in Homs being run over by a tank and executed.”. ISIS media reports that a soldier employed by the Syrian Air Force intelligence was taken into custody by ISIS terrorists. The soldier was identified as 19-year-old Fadi Amr al-Zaydan from the Sian village in the northern Latakia province’s Jableh area.
In the video, Zaydan appears to be tied while wearing an orange outfit. Then a tank approaches him and tramples him under its treads. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Zaydan’s death marks the first execution of this kind by ISIS in regions it controls in Syria. The organisation said that it was informed in September 2015 that the terrorist group would kill Syrian government forces by running them over with tanks. Zaydan’s death follows a rescue mission that freed 69 ISIS hostages in a joint Kurdish-American operation in Hawija, Iraq. For more clarification, we went to dailymail, which posted the video with the heading “Video: ‘Terror threat is the highest I’ve ever seen,’ says MI5 chief: Britain faces unprecedented risk from ISIS and Al Qaeda fanatics”. Also, nairaland posted the details alongwith pictures about this on Oct 27, 2015 with the heading “ISIS Executes Syrian Army Soldier By Heavy Tank / GRAPHIC – Politics – Nairaland”.
