FACT:A sensitive video has been shared with misleading claim in which blindfolded & handcuffed people can be seen being shot by soldiers. Video has been shared with the claim that Turkish soldiers have shot contractors because of their shoddy work Fact is that shared video is an old video from “Tadamon massacre” Syria where Soldiers affiliated with the Syrian Armed Forces,killed 41 civilians who were detained blindfolded & handcuffed, told to run in 2013.Nothing to do with Turkish soldiers or Construction contractors

INTENT: Users sharing sensitive old video with false claim to mislead people, the user shared old video from Syria and claiming to be from Turkey, and needlessly comparing with India.
