What is the Actual Truth About this Incident? : Fact

The truth is that this news has been deliberately altered to conceal the fact that the sculptors regardless of any religion are being hired for the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

According to reports, since April of this year, idols of “Ram Lala” have been sculpted in Ayodhya by three renowned sculptors in particular. Among the sculptors who made the statues were Satyanarayan Pandey of Rajasthan, Arun Yogiraj of Karnataka, and Ganesh Bhatt of Karnataka.

We visited jagran and bhaskar which gave clarification about this incident in a detailed way. These articles gives a clear idea that the rumours which got circulated by different social media users about the communal claims are not true and fake.

The Nellikaru rock (black stones) of Karnataka is being used by Ganesh Bhatt to create the idol. The statue is crafted by renowned Mysore sculptor Arun Yogiraj using a different Karnataka rock. According to Shri Ram, this rock is also dark in colour. The “Ram Lala” idol is being sculpted by Satyanarayan Pandey using Makrana marble. Statues that will adorn the temple complex have also been sculpted by two sculptors from minority communities.

India today clarified this in a news article published on Dec 15, 2023 with the headline ” Muslim sculptors in West Bengal craft statue of Lord Ram for Ayodhya”.
