A few days ago, a video surfaced on social media allegedly showcasing an altered ‘C-voter’ survey by ABP News, projecting a significant win for the Congress party in the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly election. The video suggested a victory with 150–158 MLAs for the Congress. However, our investigation reveals this video was manipulated, misrepresenting the actual survey conducted by ABP News.

The Real Story of Altered ABP News Survey

The original video was from the C-voter survey conducted by ABP News in June 2023. The survey predicted a majority for the BJP in the upcoming election. Moreover, ABP News journalist @brajeshabpnews clarified on Twitter that no such survey selecting Congress was conducted. In addition, the actual video can be found on the official YouTube channel of ABP News.
