As soon as the posts containing the video came to our knowledge, we tried to find if the claims made by users are true or false. We ran a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video on Google which led us to several media reports containing the same visuals. According to the media reports. This is an old video from Gaza, where Israel attacked the area near the Indonesian hospital in November 2023.
During research, we found the same video on Al Jazeera’s YouTube channel with the caption. “Injuries reported in Gaza’s Indonesian hospital”. The video was uploaded on 9 November 2023.
