A video depicting a person and a robot leaning against a metal rolling shutter, where the man deceitfully causes the robot to fall, is being shared as a real-life incident. However, our investigation found that the video is digitally manipulated. The original footage shows a man instead of the robot, but the edited version has replaced the man with a robot.
Sharing the video on X (Formerly Twitter), @PoojaHm2002 wrote, “Robot, you are faster than humans, but this was not expected from you” (Translated from Hindi).

The truth about the video shared as robot, Fact Check
As soon as the posts containing the video and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the video. We found that the video was not a real-life situation but digitally altered content.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video using Google Lens. This led us to several initial posts (1, 2) containing the same video but without the Robo. The original footage shows a man instead of the robo, but the edited version has replaced the man with a robo.
Therefore, it is evident from D-Intent Data’s Fact Check that the video was digitally altered, not a real Robot.
