The truth about the image of Sheikh Hasina, Fact Check
As soon as the posts containing the image of the Former PM of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina having a meal came to our notice. Subsequently we conducted research and analysis of the photo. And found that this photo was not from India but an old photo from Bangladesh’s Mirzapur.
To verify the claims made by the users, we performed a reverse image search on Google Lens. This led us to media reports containing the same image published in March 2019.
According to the media reports (Archived), Hasina attended the commemoration and award ceremony of Martyr Danveer Ranadaprasad Saha at Bharateshwari Homes, Kumudini Complex in 2019.
