ANALYSIS: Misleading

FACT: A video is going viral on social media in which some people can be seen beating a man tied to a tree. Users sharing the video with misleading claim that the Victim is a journalist and was beaten up for being a journalist. Fact is that victim (Prakash Yadav) is a YouTuber, had a dispute with accused (Narayan Yadav) , When he was visiting the Managaon village for some work related to his YouTube channel .After completing his work, he left village and ran into one of the accused, Narayan Yadav, near Belia bridge, Narayan started abusing for personal dispute. Accused caught hold of him & thrashed him. A total of six accused were identified & the case was registered under various IPC sections & arrested later.
