In August 2022, news was rounding on social media about India-Ukraine relations, many users claimed that India has stopped supplying medicines to Ukraine. A postcard was being circulated which says Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy removed Ukraine’s envoy to India within an hour India cancelled free medical supplies worth $ 4.8 Bn to Ukraine & donated to Afghanistan. Upon research, we found that there is no such initiative from Indian Govt to cancel medical supplies towards Ukraine. India Hands Over 7,725 Kgs of Essential Medicines & Supplies in Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine on May 6th, 2022.
