FACT: During the regular anti-encroachment drive, the New Delhi Municipal Council(NDMC) has removed a portion of the mosque which was constructed few months back on encroached land during renovation of the mosque in Bengali market, New Delhi. Officials of NDMC said that they didn’t touch the main sanctum santorum but removed the illegal construction from the public land.
