Several accounts on twitter, including WASIM R KHAN (“@wasimkhan0730“) tweeted “Dubai ready to welcome the world’s strongest leader ⁦@PMOIndia⁩ Mr. ⁦@narendramodi“. The tweet was made on Nov 30, 2023, which has received an about 43.7k views on X.

Several other accounts, including Suraj Sikarwar (“@SurajSikar39084“), @AviralVarshney3, @SheraIslam, Krishan Gahlot (“@KrishanGahlot_“), Brijesh Rai (“@BrijeshRai4bjp“), Earnest And Soulful (“@EarnestnSoulful“) also made the same claim that the video of the Burj Khalifa with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s image displayed on the world’s tallest building is from the ongoing COP28UAE in Dubai.
