Millions of people from Brazil allegedly participated in a protest to support Israel and condemn their antisemitic communist president, according to a video that has gone viral and depicts large crowds on the streets.

Verified accounts on twitter, including @JohnnieM tweeted “This is what it looks like when one million Brazilians show up on short notice in the streets of São Paulo to say “no!” to antisemitism & to redouble their support for @Israel — virtually all of them, evangelicals.” on Feb 26, 2024. The tweet has received an about 29.3k views on X.

Several other accounts, including @DrEliDavid, @dannydanon made the same claim that million Brazilians showed their huge support for the State of Israel and the Jewish people in a protest against their antisemitic communist president. The archive can be read from above.

These individuals are, in fact, Jair Bolsonaro’s supporters, having taken to the streets to show their support for the former president of Brazil. Regarding Israel, it is unrelated.
