Video Of Mob Violence From Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan Falsely Linked To Manipur Violence: Fact-Check 

As a response to a post on Manipur, a sensitive video depicting a man abusing a few young men inside a hostel room was uploaded. The video was presented like it deals with Manipur violence.

What is the Actual Truth About this Incident? : Fact

The truth is that Manipur has nothing to do with this video. This footage, according to media coverage, comes from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, where locals beat up international students—mostly Pakistani and Bangladeshi—after a fight broke out between Kyrgyz and Egyptian students. Manipur is unrelated to the video. So, the claim that the video is being linked to Manipur violence, where a man was seen assaulting few young men inside a hostel room is not true at all.
