An image is being circulated on social media of Clock tower,Lal Chowk Srinagar with wrong context.Various Pakistani account sharing the image with misleading claim that Indian Govt “Erasing our history and heritage”by demolishing the clock tower Fact is as Srinagar braces to host G20 meetings,the administration is in the process of beautifying roads and junctions.The historical clock tower known as Ghanta Ghar in the heart of the city will be upgraded before the start of G20 meets and events in the summer capital. Also Two clocks on the clock tower was dysfundtional for quite sometime.
