In 2014, nine years ago, we discovered the exact same video uploaded in YouTube. Typhoon Haiyan, also known as Yolanda, struck the Philippines in November 2013, and the storm surge it produced is depicted in this video. This shows that the video is quite old, and not at all from the recent Earthquake in Philippines.
