Propaganda accounts, mainly based in Pakistan, are spreading false claims that U.S. forces used Indian airspace to conduct airstrikes on Iran. These allegations lack any credible or official support. No verified evidence shows that Indian airspace was involved in the operation.
An influencer, @iamSaharEmami posted false claims stating, CONFIRMED: Indian airspace was used by U.S. forces to strike Iran. New Delhi’s quiet complicity now places it on the wrong side of history. Iran will not forget. Later, the same account posted again saying, (BREAKING: The United States used Indian airspace to conduct military strikes on Iran.)

Several propagandist accounts @IranMObserver, @IranStrikeUnit, @imfz47, @VOBMUSLIMs, @IranTimes_Ir,
@azaadfactcheck, @IranReply, and @ExpressNewsPK— circulated this misinformation across social media to provoke tensions and shape a misleading narrative.
And @iAmKhanLodhi shared a fake report, falsely claiming that the U.S. Department of State confirmed using Indian airspace to carry out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear sites.

Some propagandists @amitmalviya @MeghUpdates @rkmtimes and influencers @mountain_rats @Randeep_Sisodia @choga_don @IndiaWarMonitor @theprayagtiwari @KitabiAbdul @BesuraTaansane @AlphaVictorVA circulated claims that Pakistan Airbases or airspace was used to strike Iran by the USA.

Flight Path Revealed: U.S. Airstrikes on Iran Did Not Enter Indian Airspace
As the claim began gaining traction online, it caught our attention. The D Intent Data Team starts investigation. we conduct keyword research and reviewed all the official government portals and media reports. We found a press briefing by Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Gen. Dan Caine, who presented a strategic map detailing the flight path of the June 21–22, 2025 “Operation Midnight Hammer” airstrikes. The map clearly showed that U.S. B-2 bombers departed via the North Atlantic, flew through European and Middle Eastern airspace, and struck their targets in Iran without entering Indian airspace. As part of a tactical diversion, another bomber group was routed toward the Pacific Ocean to confuse surveillance.

Our investigation shows that there is no credible evidence supporting the claim that Indian airspace was used during the U.S. airstrikes on Iran.
As part of a plan as a tactical surprise, one group proceeded toward the Pacific Ocean as a decoy.
