Pakistani propaganda accounts are spreading a fabricated statement attributed to U.S. President Donald Trump, alleging that he said, “When asked Pakistan, they said, let us fight, we already have destroyed 7 Indian jets. Then on an Indian request, the U.S. broke the ceasefire.” These claims are entirely baseless. President Trump has never made any such remark. While he did discuss India–Pakistan tensions during his address at the APEC CEO Summit in Korea, he made no reference to Pakistan destroying Indian jets.
A propaganda account, @TacticalTribun, posted the fabricated quote claiming that it came directly from President Trump. Several other accounts, including @raoshehzad1818 and @Muhamma64920536, also amplified this false claim across social media platforms, pushing a misleading anti-India narrative.

Truth: Trump Never Said Pakistan Destroyed Indian Jets; Video and Quote Fabricated
As the false claim gained traction on social media, it drew our attention. The D-Intent Data Team conducted a detailed frame-by-frame investigation and keyword research. Our investigation led us to the White House YouTube channel, which hosts the full speech titled “President Trump Delivers Keynote Remarks at APEC CEOs Luncheon.”
A review of the complete recording confirms that the viral statement circulating online does not appear anywhere in his remarks. Further research led us to SingjuPost.com, which published the full transcript of Trump’s remarks under the title “Preventing War Between India and Pakistan.”

In his speech, President Trump recounted how he urged both nations to de-escalate tensions, noting that “seven planes were shot down” but he did not specify which country suffered those losses. At no point did he claim that Pakistan destroyed seven Indian jets or that the U.S. broke a ceasefire at India’s request.
