The truth behind the claims related to Indians in Canada, Fact Check
As soon as the posts containing the information and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis regarding the incidents and found that these criminal activities are unrelated to Indians in Canada.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search for three different incidents. This led us to several media reports regarding all three incidents.
According to reports, the first image features Canadian citizen Prasath Paramalingam, who was arrested in connection with an alleged firearms trafficking ring. The second image shows 22-year-old Canadian citizen Sukhraj Singh, arrested after Berrien County Deputies received tips about a Freightliner tractor-trailer transporting narcotics along I-94. The third case involves Navjeet Singh, 25, of Brampton, Ontario, charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death (x2) and Obstructing a Peace Officer following a fatal two-vehicle collision on November 15, 2024, in the RM of Rhineland. All these individuals are Canadian citizens, just like Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Therefore, it is evident from verified sources that all three men involved in criminal activities were not Indians but Canadians.
