Several Pakistan-based propaganda accounts are spreading false claims that the White House rejected Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar’s request to meet former U.S. President Donald Trump, citing a busy schedule. However, our investigation found no credible evidence supporting this claim, and official schedules confirm no such meeting was requested.
One such account, @NavCom24, posted:
“#BREAKING: White House denies Indian FM Jaishankar’s request to meet Donald Trump due to busy schedule.”

another account @PakNow45 also post this claim:
White House denies Indian FM Jaishankar’s request to meet Donald Trump due to busy schedule. #India #America

Other accounts including @Govt_of_Iran, @News_Politics24, and @Crucible0001 have also amplified this misleading narrative on social media.
Truth:
As these claims gained traction, they attracted our attention. The D-Intent Data Team starts an investigation. Using reverse image search and frame-by-frame analysis, we examined official sources and the public schedule of @DrSJaishankar recent visit to Washington, D.C. During this visit, Jaishankar participated in the Quad Foreign Ministers’ meeting and held talks with senior U.S. officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Energy Chris Wright, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, and FBI Director Kash Patel.

However, there is no credible evidence that Jaishankar formally requested or was denied a meeting with Donald Trump during this trip. The fabricated claim appears to be a deliberate attempt to mislead the public about India-U.S. relations.
