Another propaganda account @RazakarOrder also made a post and wrote, “Rajouri Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir. 4 Indian army soldiers killed 2 have been injured in a IED blast. Rescue services have shifted injured to district hospital in critical condition. Explosion occured at 10:45 am when Indian occupational patrolling party was moving in the area”.

As soon as the posts containing the claims made by propagandists came to our attention. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis regarding the claims. We found that six soldiers were injured in a landmine explosion in Rajouri, not a targeted attack.

According to the media reports (1, 2) and official sources, on January 14, 2025, six Army personnel were injured in a landmine explosion in a forward village in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
