Several social media users and influencers have shared the video. And claimed that the UK Police shot dead a Bangladeshi Male in London. However, D-Intent Data has found that these claims are nothing but self-invented propaganda.

Sharing the video an account Concerned Citizen (@BGatesIsaPyscho) on X (Formerly Twitter) wrote, โ€œUK Police shoot dead a Bangladeshi Male. Chaos ensues in London.  Itโ€™s not a coincidence youโ€™re seeing all these events unfold. Britain is falling apart.โ€

The truth about the viral video where UK Police shot dead a Bangladeshi Male in London, Fact Checkย 

As soon as the posts containing the claims and video came to our notice, we conducted research and found no such reports of a Bangladesh male being shot dead by the UK Police in London. 

However, during the research, we found a report regarding the viral video. As per the report nobody was killed during this chaos in Whitechapel, London. The police have confirmed they believe the disorder was linked to protests that have taken place in Bangladesh, where there have been fatalities.

According to the reports, hundreds of protesters have been killed and several injured in the ongoing violent student protests against quotas for government jobs in Bangladesh

Moreover, during the research, we found that the video was uploaded by a London-based account named โ€˜London & UK Street Newsโ€™ (@CrimeLdn) with the caption. โ€˜Protest in Greatorex Street e1. ( Whitechapel ) It’s related to the Bangladeshi male shot dead by police in Bangladeshโ€™

Hence, it is evident from D-Intent Data’s Fact Check that nobody was killed during the unrest in Whitechapel, London but the incident was linked to the ongoing student protests in Bangladesh.
