Few has released a video purporting to be from India that shows advancement and infrastructure, of a double-decker expressway.

Verified accounts on twitter, including @Modified_Hindu9 claimed that the video of the double-decker expressway is from India. The tweet was made on May 10, 2024, which has received an about 25.5k views on X.

Several other accounts, including @EarnestnSoulful made the same claim that the video depicting progress and infrastructure with a double-decker expressway has been uploaded, asserting to be from India. The archive can be read from above.

This video is, in fact, from China. A double-decker expressway in Guangdong, China, is seen in the video. The video was uploaded in Youtube on April 19, 2024. So, the claim the the video of the double-decker expressway is actually from India, is not true at all.
