Fact Check: Viral Image Claiming to Show Recent Iran-Israel Missile Strike Is from 2009

An image showing a mid-air explosion or white streaks of light falling from the sky is going viral with the claim that it captures a recent Iran-Israel missile strike. Influencer @TheIranianNews shared the image with the caption:
