Pakistani propaganda accounts are circulating a video showing a stage performance with a replica of an Indian fighter jet, falsely claiming it depicts a government-level Indian event commemorating Operation Sindoor, where a Rafale fighter jet replica allegedly exploded and crashed. This claim is completely false. The video has been digitally manipulated to create a misleading narrative.
The false claim was initially shared by @InsiderWB, who alleged that India held an official event where even a Rafale replica “failed.”
India held a government level event to remember Operation Sindoor, but sadly the Rafale fell here too.

The narrative was further amplified by accounts @L_8800_, @PAK_Defence_, @AliCh7777, @ReshamSaleem3, and @Awaz_Punjab_Di, all of which repeatedly push anti-India disinformation.

Truth: No Rafale Crash, No Government Event
As the false claim gained traction on social media, it drew our attention. The D-Intent Data Team conducted a detailed frame-by-frame investigation and keyword research. Our investigation led us to the original source of the video — the Instagram account @nevri_clicks. The unedited footage clearly shows a locally organised stage performance using a fighter jet replica, where the mock strike sequence is completed successfully. There is no explosion, no crash, and no malfunction in the original video.

Further verification confirms that the event was not a government-level program, nor was it connected to the Indian Air Force. It was a local cultural program held in Nevri village, Madhya Pradesh, in September 2025. The viral clip circulating online was digitally altered to falsely insert a crash narrative.
