ANALYSIS: Misleading
FACT: A video is being circulated on social media in which some people can be seen thrashing a guy, video has been shared with misleading claim that the guy was beaten up because of his identity and was sitting with a Hindu girl But fact is that he changed his identity and introduced himself as Rahul Instead of Aamir Khan. Police was informed and both were sent to police station where matter was discussed. The woman is married and she was living at her mother’s place. Further action being taken.
INTENT: Religious hate and misinformation propaganda spreaders sharing video with false claim to create communal disharmony among religious groups in the country and to do so they are safeguarding adulterers.
