Fact:Aimim leader Asaduddin Owasi tweeted that the Jamia Masjid has been closed since the repeal of Article 370, but according to Srinagar police, the Jamia Masjid has been fully open on three occasions since the repeal of Article 370, and it has been temporarily closed for Friday noon prayers due to inputs of a terror attack/law and order situation. This occurred after Jamia authorities refused to accept responsibility for internal events.
Intent – An anti-India narrative is being propagated in order to provoke communal conflict in the Kashmir valley.
