FACT: A video is being circulated in which a train can be seen running slowly amidst the snow all around, the video is being circulated with the claim that it is from Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Upon reasearch we found same video on Instagram which was uploaded by a user in November 2022, according to the instagram post this video is from Harz Mountain Railway, Germany.
INTENT: Users sharing video from Germany, claiming to be from Himachal Pradesh. Trying to get some spotlight on social media by misleading people.
