@MeghUpdates tweeted the 56 seconds viral video and claimed that Actors and make-up artists are in greater demand in Gaza. The tweet was made on Oct 27, 2023. The post went viral and reached to an almost 521.3k user accounts on twitter.

Many other user profiles on X like @notomedia5 tweeted that the footage, which comes from Gaza, uses blood to make the cameras think that Israel is to blame.She further added, that there are actual victims as well, she thanked the hamas terror organisation too. According to her, these kinds of incidents have been captured for the cameras for years. She believed that the popular tags from the current conflict, including #gaza #fakeblood #pallywood #palestine #hamas #israel is related to the viral clip.

After some investigation, we were able to find the complete version of the video, which features members of the French charity ‘Médecins du Monde, also known as ‘Doctors of the World, and special effects make-up artists applying colours to the bodies of various age groups in 2017 to draw attention to the dangers faced by residents in Gaza. This documentary raises awareness, but it has nothing to do with made-up injuries.
