In actuality, this is an old photo taken in Havana that shows attendees of Fidel Castro, the Cuba Former President’s funeral ceremony in 2016. The current protests in Cuba against food shortages and power outages have nothing to do with it. We visited kun.uz, which published an article on this incident on Nov 30, 2016 with the headline “A million people came to Fidel Castro’s funeral”. A public event honouring the memory of Fidel Castro, the leader of the Cuban revolution, drew about a million attendees, according to RIA “Novosti”.At the age of 90, Fidel Castro, the legendary leader of the Cuban Revolution, passed away on November 25. In Santiago de Cuba, on December 4, there was to be a funeral. The country has declared nine days of mourning beginning on November 26. For more clarification, we also went to amerika21.de, which wrote about this in an incident published on Nov 30, 2016 with the heading “Millions honor Fidel Castro in Havana”.
