The truth is that Bhavnagar, Gujarat, is the location of this old video. As early as December 2022, the collector already issued a clarification. Regarding the ongoing general elections and the EVM fraud, it is unrelated. So, the claim that this video is from recent elections where BJP’s parliamentary workers changed slips from EVM and VVPAT machines were kept under tight security is not true at all.
