Verified accounts on twitter, including @RealBababanaras tweeted “BREAKING : Arab sources are reporting an assassination attempt against Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. 3 Pakistani nationals were arrested in this Conspiracy.” on May 7, 2024. The tweet has received an about 348.7k views on X.

What is the Actual Truth About this Incident? : Fact

The truth is that this is an old footage of an accident unrelated to the assassination attempt against the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. So, the claim that the video purportedly documenting an attempt on the life of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, showing a vehicle being set on fire on the road and as a result of this conspiracy, three Pakistani nationals were arrested is not true.
