Digitally Altered Image Of Ekta Kapoor Circulated With False Claims: Fact-Check

A digitally altered photo of renowned Indian television producer Ekta Kapoor, featuring a Photoshopped cleavage and enlarged breasts, is making the rounds.

Third Time (“@Teesaribaar2528“) shared the photoshopped pictures on his twitter post with the caption “The women who are teaching you to be modern on social media, web series and TV serials are actually making you prostitutes. Modernity means only knowledge and not being naked”. The tweet was further reposted by more than 70 user accounts. The archive can be read from above.

The original photos and videos of her is actually from the “HT Most Stylish Awards 2019” and the viral images were taken from here.

The original video was posted on the youtube channel “Telly Tweets” on March 30, 2019. Voompla also posted the same video on Facebook. It clearly shows that the photos of Ekta Kapoor shared by the users from the event is digitally altered and fake.
