The truth about the viral video shared as Sadhu molesting a girl, Fact Check
As soon as the posts containing the sensitive video and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the video and found that the video was not real but scripted.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video on Google Lens. This led us to a YouTube video containing the same visuals uploaded in July 2022. The video was uploaded on the ‘RV Rockstyle‘ YouTube channel which uploads such scripted videos frequently. At the 30-second mark, there is a disclaimer stating that the video was created for entertainment purposes only. Rahul Verma and his team operate this channel, and the man seen confronting the Sadhu is Rahul Verma himself.
Therefore, it is evident from D-Intent Data’s Fact Check that the video doesn’t depict a real-life incident. It is a scripted video, nothing to do with reality.
