ANALYSIS: Misleading

FACT: Japanese foreign minister Yoshimasa Hayashi couldn’t attend G20 foreign ministers meeting in New Delhi due to the Japanese Upper House was discussing over the next fiscal year’s budget, the Constitution requires Cabinet members to attend parliamentary sessions when they are asked for an explanation, and custom holds that the entire Cabinet takes part in budget discussions, especially in the first days of debate. Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Kenji Yamada attended the meeting on Hayashi’s behalf.

INTENT: Anti-India lobby is setting their agenda against India and trying to impose a narrative of Indias foreign affair deplomatic situation is doomed.
