FACT:A video is going viral on social media in which group of people can be seen thrashing a guy while policeman can be seen saving the guy, users sharing this video with the claim that the guy is a Dalit man and was beaten up because of his identity but according to a local news this guy (Victim in the video)attacked a person wearing a Shiva mala in Devanur village ,Yalala mandal of Vikarabad district.The attack on Shiva Swami came to the knowledge of other people wearing Shiva Mala in Kasta village,made them very angry A large-scale agitation was held to protest the attack. The police have registered a case against the attackers. So attack doens’t cause of religion, but because the victim first abused Shiva Mala.
INTENT: Anti-India gang spreading video with false claim to create unrest .
