In actuality, this is an old footage from the devastating earthquake that struck Turkey and parts of northwest Syria in February of this year. The video was reportedly shot in the Syrian town of Jandiris, which is located in the Afrin district to the north of Aleppo. It is Not related to the current Israel vs Hamas war.
