These are old photos of a Syrian girl that were taken on August 27, 2016, in the Maadi neighbourhood of eastern Aleppo, following an airstrike by the Syrian regime that claimed at least fifteen lives.
AFP clearly mentioned that the Syrian girl isn’t a part of a staged scene or someone who has survived multiple attacks in an article published on April 2, 2018. Following a single attack in Aleppo, the three photos were taken by an AFP freelancer.
