A video purporting to be recent images from Mumbai’s Mira Road railway station depicts a massive fire at the railway station.

@Stroke0Genius claimed in a twitter post that the viral recent images from Mumbai’s Mira Road railway station is of a massive fire at the station. The tweet post was made on Jan 24, 2024.

Several other accounts, including @LokeshV24428 also claimed the same by tweeting “Mira road station burnt by Muslim mob against bulldozer action yesterday by Shinde n fadanvish”. The archive can be read from above.

What is the Actual Truth About this Incident? : Fact

In actuality, this is an old video from West Bengal, where in April 2023, there was a major fire reported at the Santoshpur railway station in the South 24 Parganas district. The video is outdated and unrelated to the #MiraRoadRiots.
