Another Pakistan-based anti-India propaganda account @PSYWAROPS has also made a post on X and said. “Upon arriving in Moscow, lndian PM Narendra Modi received the standard welcome from Russian officials. In contrast, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally receives Chinese President Xi Jinping at the airport whenever he visits Russia”.
