The truth about the viral video, Fact Check

As soon as the posts containing the sensitive video and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the video and found that the video was from China and unrelated to religious hate crimes.

To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video using Google Lens. This led us to a Chinese Media report containing the same visuals.

According to the report, In the early morning of November 5, a car accident occurred on the Zhuhong Road viaduct on the North Second Ring Road in Weiyang District, Xi’an: a man driving a motorcycle with another person crashed into the roadside isolation guardrail. After the man in the back seat fell to the ground, while the man driving the motorcycle was rescuing his companion, a car drove up from behind and knocked them down again.

Therefore, it is evident from verified sources that the viral video was from China and unrelated to religious hate crimes.
