A digitally altered image of a person wearing a yellow sports jersey and a black Batman-like mask in a crowded stadium has been shared with different handwritten signs—one containing offensive language against Aurangzeb and another glorifying him. However, we found that all claims related to Aurangzeb in these versions are false and fabricated.
Sharing the image (which contained offensive remarks about Aurangzeb) on X (Formerly Twitter) @Warlock_Shubh wrote, “CSK has the best fan base for a reason”.

In response to the original post by @Warlock_Shubh, another user, @X420000, shared a different version of the image glorifying Aurangzeb and commented, “Real photo.”

Several other users, influencers and propagandists have also disseminated the digitally altered versions of the photo. Their posts can be seen here: @rupen_chowdhury, @UnapologeticH_1, @Aryan09787.
The truth about the photo of CSK fan, Fact Check
As soon as the posts containing the images and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis regarding the photos. We found that the images were not real but digitally altered.
To verify the claims made by the users and propagandists. We performed reverse image search using Google Lens. This led us to a post containing the original version on X (Formerly Twitter). The image was not real but digitally manipulated. The original image, posted by “Rathna Kumar,” features a sign that reads: “THE MAN. THE MYTH. THE MAHI!!”. Additionally, Rathna Kumar also debunked the claims.
Therefore, it is evident from D-Intent Data’s Fact Check that the images were digitally altered and claims related to Aurangzeb in these versions are false and fabricated.
