As soon as the posts containing the video and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the video and found that it was not a real-life situation but a decoration during a Halloween celebration.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video using Google Lens. This led us to an Instagram post containing the same video. According to the Instagram post, this video is related to the Halloween celebration.
Upon closer examination of the video, we noticed a directional signboard displaying names such as San Pablo and C Arrau. Further research revealed multiple locations named San Pablo, including a city in the Philippines, a city in California, and a town in Chile. However, the exact location of the video remains unverified. Based on the vehicle number plate observed, it is likely from Chile, as the format resembles (1, 2) that used on some Chilean vehicles.
