A disturbing and sensitive video, showing a group of individuals brutally assaulting and kicking a person at a railway platform, has been shared widely on social media with claims that it depicts the recent anti-Semitic violence targeting Israeli football fans in Amsterdam, Netherlands. However, D-Intent Data has discovered that this video is actually from May 2023 and is not connected to recent events in Amsterdam.
Sharing the video on X (Formerly Twitter) @VividProwess wrote, This video is horrifying. Watch how even children joined the Islamist mob as they lynched a Jew and stomped on his head. Those are terrorists on full display in Amsterdam. Every single one of them must be prosecuted. Later, he deleted the post.
Serial fake news peddler and propagandist account @RealBababanaras also shared the video and wrote, Today they are attacking Jews in Amsterdam, tomorrow they will attack you inside your own country. Better unite and stand against radical Islamic terrorism. Later, he deleted the post.

As soon as the posts containing the video and claims came to our notice, subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the video and found that the video was not related to the recent anti-Semitic violence targeting Israeli football fans in the Netherlands but an old video from a different incident in May 2023.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search of some key frames from the viral video on Google Lens. This led us to several media reports containing the same visuals. According to the reports(1, 2), this is an old video from May 2023, Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station. The man was attacked after allegedly kissing a minor boy without consent. Hence, the video was old and unrelated to the recent violence against Israelis in the Netherlands.
