Claims are circulating alleging that the Vande Bharat Express lost its way, with reports suggesting it was headed to Goa but ended up in Kalyan. However, the DRM of Mumbai CR has clarified that the train was diverted due to an issue encountered during its journey. The train departed from its scheduled station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in Mumbai, and arrived at its intended destination, Madgaon, as planned.
India TV reported that “A strange incident has come to light in Maharashtra. In fact, the Vande Bharat train, which was supposed to travel from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal to Madgaon station in Goa, took the wrong route. Later, the train was brought back and then sent on the correct route.
