As soon as the posts containing the video and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the incident. We found that the claims about police atrocities on poor people were not true.
To verify the claims made by the users and Influencers. We performed relevant keyword searches and found a media report and police statement regarding the incident. According to reports and police sources, the incident took place during an anti-encroachment drive in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Additionally, no action was taken against the house from which the girl is seen coming out, it was also built illegally. During the operation, Ram Milan’s son, Akhilesh Yadav, reportedly set his own house on fire. The fire was subsequently controlled by the team present.
