FACT: The Moradabad police on Sunday booked Maulana Tauqeer Ahmed Raza Khan for his hate speech.He was promoting Muslim Rashtra and spreading narrative that buldozers are for Muslims only.He was trying to create communal unrest & was provoking youths.As per Satyendra Kumar Sharma, Inspector(Crime) at Nagfani police station, a case has been registered against Khan under sections 153 A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place etc),295 A(deliberate and malicious acts intended to outragereligious feelings if any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs), and 505(2) (statements creating or promoting enmity or ill will between classes) of the Indian Penal Code(IPC).
