The truth is that Ravi Rathore was intoxicated when he got into arguments with his parents. Prashant Verma, their neighbour, happened to halt them as he was passing by at the same moment. Ravi Rathore then gave Prashant a beating. It was determined that this was self-harm, and an effort is being made to give it a political flavour in order to affect the judicial procedures.
