A photo depicting three young men in IDF uniforms has been circulated with the claim that these Israelis were killed during shooting in the recent terrorist shooting attack at the Allenby Bridge Crossing between Jordan and the West Bank on Sunday morning. However, D-Intent Data has found that this image was unrelated to the terrorist attack at Allenby Bridge Crossing. The three victims were different individuals and much older than these young men.
Sharing the image of three young men in IDF uniform on X (Formerly Twitter) @Nadira_ali12 wrote. “Picture of 3 eliminated rats”. Later, she deleted the post.
Another user @SilentlySirs has also shared the image and wrote. “3 Israeli soldiers have departed this world. And 5 other soldiers were injured in an operation carried out by a Jordanian truck driver (a former military officer).”

As soon as the posts containing the image of three young men in IDF uniform and claims came to our notice. Subsequently, we conducted research and analysis of the image and the incident of the terrorist attack. And found that the victims of the terrorist attack were different.
To verify the claims made by the users. We performed a reverse image search on Google Lens, but couldn’t get verified results about the image. Further, we ran a relevant keyword search regarding the terror shooting and found multiple reports. According to the media reports (1, 2), Three Israeli men were killed in a terrorist shooting attack at the Allenby Bridge Crossing between Jordan and the West Bank on Sunday morning. The three victims were named Yohanan Shchori, 61, a father of six from the West Bank settlement of Ma’ale Efraim, Yuri Birnbaum, 65, from the settlement of Na’ama, and Adrian Marcelo Podzamczer, from the settlement city of Ariel. All the victims were Israeli civilians and currently were not serving in the IDF.
Therefore, it is evident from D-Intent Data’s Fact Check that the image of three young men doesn’t show the actual victims of the terrorist attack.
